High-Speed Rail Lines and Sberbank sign agreement of intent

High-Speed Rail Lines and Sberbank signed an agreement of intent. Vice-President of Sberbank, Chairman of the Volga-Vyatka Bank of Sberbank Piotr Koltypin and CEO of High-Speed Rail Lines Alexander Misharin signed the document at the XII International Railway Business Forum (Sochi, June 6-8, 2017).
The short-term plan of High-Speed Rail Lines is to start a large-scale project to build a high-speed Moscow-Kazan rail line. Thus, it includes building all related infrastructure in the neighboring regions: the Vladimir and Nizhny Novgorod regions, Chuvashia and Tatarstan, which will require coordination with authorities, entrepreneurs and the population.
The signed agreement outlines the general principles of interaction between Sberbank and High-Speed Rail Lines to the point of attracting the Bank's experience in HR, GR, IT and marketing; financial consulting in the selection of regional contractors involved in the implementation of the project; joint cooperation with regional authorities, etc.
"Sberbank has recently gone beyond the financial structure. We are ready to offer our partners a much wider range of services for consulting and IT support of projects, to share our experience in different areas. I have no doubt that for Sberbank the experience of cooperation with High-Speed Rail Lines will be useful and positive," said Sberbank's Vice-President Piotr Koltypin.
